As a stay at home mom I am always looking for things to satisfy my creative side and while working on a gift for a good friend's babyshower I stumbled across a project that I really enjoyed immensely and felt really proud of doing - making diaper cakes!

I received so many great compliments on my first cake that I decided maybe I should try making more of them and, hence, Baby Cakes was born!  I know how valuable practical gifts are to both a new parent and to the gift giver who wants to give something really thoughtful and special to welcome a new little one into the world.  My goal is to provide such a gift to you that is not only beautiful and stylish, but also useful to your lucky gift recipient.  All of my cakes are lovingly handmade to live up to my own expectations of giving them to my own friends.  I take care in packing your cake up for shipping so that it arrives in beautiful condition, ready to give. 

I always welcome any comments or suggestions you have and I am also more than happy to accomodate any special design requests or customizations.  Each cake I make is unique and although I can try to duplicate a previously made cake for you should you see one that suits your needs in the "past cakes" area of the website, materials may vary slightly depending on what I can get ahold of.
